at the Hungarian Science on Stage Festival 2018
75 STEM teachers present 50 innovative educational projects in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, informatics/computing, environmental sciences, etc., on the Hungarian Science on Stage Festival (5-7 August 2018, Szeged, Hungary, Szent-Györgyi Albert Agóra). The main purpose of the festival is to share good teaching practices, experiences and innovative experiments among the participating teachers. This event can present an excellent opportunity to companies producing education materials and/or equipment to introduce their products to the most innovative STEM teachers in the country. Therefore, we open an opportunity for advertising their educational products.
This year’s festival offers the following advertising opportunities (it can be downloaded in PDF file too):

| 1) | Leaflets and/or souvenirs in the conference bag of participating teachers. (The leaflets/souvenirs should be provided by the company, the organizers just put them in the conference packages.) | 240 EUR |
| 2) | The previous + one stand (160 × 80 cm table and stand for poster or projection) where products can be continuously displayed throughout the festival. | 600 EUR |
| 3) | The previous + a 20-minute workshop for the interested teachers. | 1200 EUR |
In case of options 2 and 3, there is a need for accommodation and meals in addition to the above, as personal presence is needed during the event. There are two options for this:
- – The advertising company arranges it itself;
- – If organized by the organizers, the cost is 120 EUR/person. (It includes 2 nights accommodation with breakfast in a 2-bed hotel room and 2 lunches + 2 dinners.)
The support grant amount is to be paid to the Roland Eötvös Physical Society. This Society, as a public benefit organization can issue a certificate upon request for a company that can have some tax benefit by supporting public benefit organizations.
The application should be sent to Csaba Sükösd, head of the Hungarian Science on Stage, board member of the Roland Eötvös Physical Society, by e-mail until September 15, 2018.
